1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking any service with PainHealYog, operated by Raju Mondal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

PainHealYog offers the following professional therapy services:

  • Stretching Therapy — for pain in cervical, shoulder, back, knee, and foot areas.
  • Deep Tissue Massage — for neck stiffness, shoulder pain, and full back pain.
  • Cupping Therapy — for full body stiffness and improved blood circulation.

Services are provided at our Sector 43, Gurgaon location and via home visits across Gurgaon.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked by calling 82878 34405.
  • We request a minimum of 2 hours advance notice for home service bookings.
  • PainHealYog reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of therapist unavailability.

4. Pricing

Our services start from ₹699 per session. Pricing may vary depending on the type and duration of therapy required. All prices are communicated clearly before the session begins.

5. Health Disclaimer

PainHealYog provides complementary therapy services and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients with serious medical conditions should consult a qualified physician before booking therapy sessions. By using our services, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to our therapist.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • PainHealYog reserves the right to cancel any appointment at short notice, with the option to reschedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

PainHealYog and Raju Mondal shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, provided that our therapist followed standard professional practices during the session.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
